The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Technical renovation project for the production of 100,000 tons per year of fluoride salt-based materials； Construction unit: Dofuduo New Materials Co., Ltd ； Construction nature: Renovation ； Construction location: South of Xinyuan Road and west of Jing Er Road in Zhongzhan District, Jiaozuo City, within the company’s original factory area ； Construction investment: 295 million yuan ； Construction content and scale: The project mainly involves technical upgrades to the existing facilities for producing fluoride salts such as aluminum fluoride and cryolite, in order to achieve an annual production capacity of 92,000 tons of these fluoride salt products. Hydrofluoric acid and sodium fluoride are produced using fluorosilicic acid containing 10%~15% hydrogen fluoride, which is generated during the purification of crude HF in fluorine chemical enterprises, as raw material ； Production of anhydrous aluminum fluoride using aluminum hydroxide and industrial hydrogen fluoride as raw materials ； High-molecular-weight cryolite is produced using fluorosilicic acid, industrial salts, ammonia water, sodium hydroxide, and aluminum hydroxide as raw materials ； High-purity cryolite is produced using silane as a by-product in its synthesis (or cryolite obtained as a by-product of lithium extraction), waste hydrofluoric acid generated from the wet etching of solar panels, and sodium hydroxide as raw materials ； High-purity sodium fluoride is produced using high-purity hydrofluoric acid and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.
