How are petrochemical construction projects valued? For example, how much does it cost to build a plant with a capacity of 1 million tons for vacuum distillation, and how much for one with a capacity of 1 million tons for heavy catalytic cracking? Some simple indicators for estimation.
I really know how to do this. Find a company that specializes in such projects, and tell them that you’re a wealthy person from somewhere, ready to invest in something like this, and ask them to give you an approximate estimate

Refining plants already have standard databases, specifying details such as the scale of the facility, the number of industrial furnaces, reactors, heat exchangers, as well as the tonnage of steel structures used, and so on. Very accurate.

The database does not include civil engineering. It refers only to the device installation contents. There are significant variations in civil engineering.
