After the contract is signed, what documents does the construction party need to submit to Party A? It’s my first time taking on the role of project manager, so I’m not very familiar with this. Thank you
Construction organization plan, certificates of management personnel, qualification certificates for special workers (electricians, welders, scaffolders, etc.), proof of insurance coverage for workers, general layout plan of the construction site (which can be included in the construction organization plan), etc
