Rectangular flat plate slotted rupture discs: Rectangular flat plate slotted rupture discs are also known as rupture windows or explosion-proof plates. They come in two types: those with slots around the perimeter and those with slots along the diagonals. The blasting pressure at the periphery of Kaifeng is proportional to the bridge length between two adjacent end holes of the intermittent peripheral cracks; during blasting, the material is pushed away from the cracked side along those peripheral cracks ; The blasting pressure for a diagonally slit pattern is proportional to the length of the bridge between the central hole and the ending hole at the center of the diagonal slit; during blasting, this bridge breaks and causes the material to lift along the diagonal direction. When rectangular slotted rupture discs are used as blast windows in silos and similar structures, they are generally pre-cambered. Similar to rectangular flat slotted rupture discs, perforations are made along the diagonal across the perimeter of the cambered surface; during installation, the convex side of the cambered surface is placed on the discharge side. When installed at the top of the silo in this way, it can withstand wind pressure and improve the fatigue strength of the blast window. The material of rectangular blast discs is usually 304L/fluoroplastic/304L, with a typical pressure of 0.01 MPa. The discharge dimensions include 310x240, 410x240, 410x410, 580x410, 910x410, 690x690, 910x580, etc.; these dimensions can be customized according to the customer’s requirements. Installation: It can be directly clamped using angle steel flanges; if the equipment requires vacuum pumping, a backpressure bracket can be added inside the angle steel.
