Can communicate and create a harmonious atmosphere within the team. Having a sense of the bigger picture means being able to serve as a bridge between the team members and those in higher positions. It can secure benefits for team members while staying aligned with the workshop’s work objectives. Be clear about the team’s main tasks for today, and strengthen oversight in terms of both personnel and safety.

Follow these four points: 1. The team leader must have a good image, build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships; it’s also helpful to be humorous in speech, as this facilitates the progress of work in the future. 2. Spend time interacting with colleagues on a regular basis and organize team activities to prevent any sense of distance between them. However, it is important to maintain an appropriate distance from the staff in the class – not too close, but certainly not too far either; it needs to be balanced properly. In this way, when you encounter a dilemma, you can simply speak up, and your team members will understand you. 3. Do not frequently report your subordinates to your superiors; instead, help them when they are in trouble. Even if they speak to you rudely or even use swear words, you should hold back and try not to respond in the same way. Although it may make you feel wronged to do this, if you keep doing it, they will change their opinion of you. 4. One aspect at least is needed to earn admiration, such as expertise in the field.
