Loading and unloading of Class B liquids.

As the title suggests: The regulations generally require the use of dip pipes for loading and unloading flammable liquids of Class C A and above, but it seems there are no such requirements for Class C B liquids? Have there been any seniors who have done this before?
I have seen bulk alcohol loading/unloading equipment in action before; the pump outlet is connected to a metal hose quick connector, which is then connected to the feed inlet at the bottom of the tank truck. If it is a newly designed one, it’s best to clarify the medium.
It’s the waste oil from the factory, with the main components being isododecane and lubricating oil.
