We currently use liquid nitrogen that is vaporized for our needs. Since the installation of the equipment, there has been a problem of frosting on the vaporizers. We have now added an additional vaporization unit, with the two vaporizers operating in series. However, the frosting problem persists. I’m wondering whether it would be better to switch to using the two vaporizers in parallel. I would appreciate any suggestions from everyone; thank you!

We used to have only one unit; when a large amount of gas was used, frost would form. As long as the frost covered no more than half of the surface, it did not affect usage. It is recommended to use one and keep another as a backup, switching between them as needed
We also have this device, and frost formation seems inevitable. We use multiple air bath vaporizers in parallel; usually one or two are employed, and it’s sufficient to switch them at regular intervals!
What problems will arise if frost forms? Will the heat exchange be poor later on? Will it affect usage?
