The design institute has already stamped the pressure pipeline design qualification seal on the construction drawings of the pressure pipeline layout plan. The design institute believes that the as-built drawings should no longer bear the design qualification stamp, while the archives department disagrees, arguing that it is necessary to include such a stamp.
