Issues related to nitrogen-sealed tank trucks

Hello everyone, I have a question to ask. In the design for transporting phenol in our project, the patent holder requires that a nitrogen seal be installed on the tank trucks. My questions are: 1. What are the domestic design specifications related to tank trucks equipped with nitrogen seals? 2. Are there any manufacturers of phenol nitrogen-sealed tank trucks in China? Which ones? 3. What are the considerations for the design and operation of nitrogen-sealed tank trucks?
I’ve never seen a tank truck with nitrogen sealing:dizzy: Would it work to use a pressure tank truck with nitrogen filled inside to maintain pressure?
