1. Establish and improve the unit’s work safety responsibility system, assign it to various departments and positions, and clarify the responsible persons, responsibilities, as well as the criteria for assessment and rewards/punishments； 2. Organize the formulation of the unit’s safety production rules and procedures, and ensure their effective implementation ； 3. Organize the development and implementation of the unit’s safety production education and training plans, and ensure their execution ； 4. Ensure the effective implementation of investments in work safety within the unit ； 5. Supervise and inspect the unit’s work related to safe production, and promptly eliminate potential hazards that could lead to production safety accidents. Regular supervision and inspections should be carried out, and any issues identified during these inspections must be resolved promptly and eliminated as soon as possible ； 6. Organize the formulation and implementation of the emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents within the unit ； 7. Report production safety accidents in a timely and truthful manner; do not conceal, misreport, or delay reporting them ； 8. Conduct at least one comprehensive inspection of work safety on a quarterly basis, analyze the existing problems in work safety, urge relevant departments to implement corrective actions, and promptly eliminate potential hazards related to work safety incidents ； 9. Organize and participate in at least one accident emergency rescue drill per year ； 10. In the event of an accident, promptly organize rescue efforts, report the accident to the departments responsible for safety production supervision and management in a timely and accurate manner, handle the aftermath properly, and cooperate with any investigations ； 11. Report annually to the workers’ assembly or workers’ representative assembly, as well as the shareholders’ meeting or general meeting of shareholders, on work related to safety production and on the fulfillment of one’s responsibilities in managing safety production, and accept supervision over such work from trade unions, employees, and shareholders.
