Is it necessary to install guardrails on the steps leading up to the fire barrier in the tank farm? The fire resistance height is 1.1 meters; are there any regulatory requirements regarding whether it must be installed or not?
This height is required to be set during expert inspections now

Ours has also been increased to around 80-100 millimeters. It hasn’t reached 110mm
