I’m sure everyone has encountered leaders with various personalities: 1. Those who are irritable and start shouting or scolding at the slightest issue; the commanding type. 2. Those who talk to you face to face whenever there’s a problem, giving motivational speeches. 3. Those who are experts in technology. 4. Those who focus on effective management. 5. Those who dare to take risks. @…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Which type of leader do people prefer? Let’s discuss it together!
Leaders too have their own difficulties and challenges; the way they handle their subordinates is simply part of the methods within their scope of responsibilities. Whether they are irritable or attentive, as long as you can understand them and the problems are resolved, I believe that any type of leader can be a good teacher who helps us learn and gain experience!
The type who dares to take on risks – this way, subordinates can work boldly, though they also need to be bold and careful at the same time.
The most important quality for a leader is to possess unique talents; only leaders who are truly capable know how to be humble, rather than trying to appear impressive.
The key is to be able to solve problems, no matter what type; as long as there’s no nonsense and no passing the buck!
As long as you can understand and as long as the problems are resolved, I feel that any type of leader is a good leader for us to learn from and gain experience under!
