In the construction of various key projects such as those at Tianjin Nangang, Beifang Huajin, Fujian Gulei, and Maoming Petrochemical, the company has implemented a method of installing large-scale towers with \"zero residual work\": it optimizes the design of ladder platforms, takes care of pipelines attached to the towers, handles anti-corrosion and insulation measures, and installs lighting fixtures, thereby ensuring that the towers are fully prepared once installation is complete. This approach reduces the need for work at heights and enables completion of the installation promptly, delivering benefits in terms of time, cost, and safety. Pipelines are prefabricated in factories through streamlined production processes, resulting in a significant increase in construction efficiency. The company fully implements prefabrication of pipes in factory settings, continuously develops and improves welding processes centered on submerged arc automatic welding, and uses specialized pipe management software to enhance operational efficiency. By properly arranging functional areas such as material stacking, material feeding and alignment, welding, and inspection, streamlined production processes are achieved to enable the products to leave the factory in a finished state. Factory prefabrication of pipelines significantly improves welding quality and construction efficiency. The roof features \"modular assembly and balanced lifting using multiple lifting points\", enhancing efficiency and safety. For the roofs of automated warehouses and compressor factories, the company adopts a strategy of \"modular assembly and balanced lifting using multiple lifting points\": assembly on the ground followed by application of a fireproof layer; integration of fire sprinklers and cable trays; and use of multiple lifting points to prevent deformation during lifting. As a result, the module lifting and alignment were completed in just 25 days – 15 days faster than in similar projects – setting a new speed record for torch installations of this type in China.
