Concentration of hydrochloric acid solution

An aqueous hydrochloric acid solution of about 15%, containing stannous chloride. I want to concentrate and remove about 3/4 of the excess liquid (including water and hydrochloric acid). Everyone, please help figure out what processes and equipment to use. It is best if the hydrochloric acid can be recycled (with a concentration of 25-30% being ideal). Evaporation concentration is the first thing that comes to mind; is membrane separation feasible? Which friend has experience with similar techniques and could collaborate on this project?
