Crude oil in modified dome tanks

The current setup is a 10,000-cubic-meter dome tank used for crude oil; is it easy to modify it?
An internal heating coil is required, and oil and gas need to be recovered
Since it’s a vaulted structure, the original design was probably intended for storing Class B materials; it should now be modified to serve as a tank for storing Class A B materials... How did you address the issue of spacing? Then, can the procedure to change from C B to A B be completed?
