Does anyone know anything about the project management processes used by project managers when carrying out projects, preferably those related to petrochemical projects? I would appreciate it if someone could share such information so that I can learn from it.
Different project types, such as EPC turnkey projects, EP projects, pure E projects, and pure C projects, have different management processes. Additionally, although the management processes of various companies are similar to some extent, there are still differences; these differences mainly depend on relevant regulations and the internal rules of each company. The project management standards include GBT 50358-2017 \"Code for Management of General Contracting of Construction Projects\" and GBT 50326-2017 \"Code for Project Management of Construction Projects\", among others.
