How to construct a 16.8-kilometer LNG submarine pipeline?

I saw a news item online stating that to meet Zhejiang’s demand for 40 million tons of refined products per year, two 32-inch offshore pipelines with a length of 16.8 kilometers each, as well as one 20-inch offshore LNG pipeline with a length of 16.8 kilometers, were installed… Does anyone know how such long offshore LNG pipelines are constructed? Generally, LNG pipelines are installed above ground; it’s rare to see them buried.
