The sulfur content in the white steel pipeline used for transporting naphtha is too high; how should the pipeline be cleaned?

From the unloading pump to the storage tank, part of the pipeline is made of 304L stainless steel; however, due to the transfer of high-sulfur naphtha, sulfur from the naphtha adheres to the walls of these pipelines. Methods such as flushing with water, hot water, or steam have not been effective in removing this sulfur. Since the sulfur content in the product must remain below 1PPM whenever the product type is changed, failure to clean the pipelines can affect the quality of the product. If any of you experts have a way to handle this, I would be extremely grateful if you could share it.
I’m not sure how large your 304L stainless steel pipe is. If it’s small, simply take it apart and set it aside; use it again when transporting high-sulfur oil next time. When changing the type of oil, use a new stainless steel hose for transportation. Low-sulfur oil can also be placed in the pipe and left there for a day; a sample can then be taken to check. If it meets the standards, that’s fine; if not, it can be soaked again to see if the sulfur content decreases. The tube replacement was the most thorough.
If conditions permit, using low-sulfur oil for circulation back and forth should yield better results.
