Technicians are crucial for the operation of workshops, playing a key role during the production process, especially during modifications and start-up or shutdown operations. If it doesn’t work, it will exhaust the entire army. :L
Technicians need theoretical knowledge on one hand, but practical knowledge is even more important.
Excluding the technician’s own factors, skills can be improved through testing and training. Training includes providing them with basic knowledge related to theory and equipment processes, while practical training involves operations and leading certain projects. Tests are conducted periodically or ad hoc to assess their level of mastery, thereby encouraging them to learn independently.
