Regarding the construction management of new projects, I would like to discuss the following different views: 1. For new pipes in new projects and major repair projects, anti-corrosion treatment should be applied to them except at the pipe welds before installation； 2. For new pipes in new projects and major repair projects, piping should be installed first, followed by unified anti-corrosion treatment; or alternatively, only a primer can be applied first, with additional anti-corrosion measures taken after welding is completed. How do people put this into practice, and what are their respective advantages and disadvantages?
There’s no need to discuss this; anti-corrosion measures must be taken first. If the pipes are installed first and then anti-corrosion treatment is applied, the process of preventing corrosion and removing rust will be slow； Second, it is not thorough; many areas cannot be reached, and even if they could be reached, it would increase the difficulty of construction ； Third, it is difficult to meet or fail to meet the anti-corrosion requirements.
