Seek help regarding valeryl chloride, thionyl chloride, liquid sodium cyanide, tank trucks for transferring materials, and storage requirements. The storage tank is a 50M3 PTFE tank, the pipes are also PTFE pipes, and the motor is made of PTFE. I found online that valeryl chloride needs to be stored at low temperatures, in an environment free from moisture, and in soluble organic solvents; however, I’m not sure what the exact temperature should be, nor whether insulation is required for storage tanks and pipelines After the storage tank for thionyl chloride, there is no buffer tank; instead, there is a dedicated discharge pipe. Due to the absence of a buffer tank, residual liquid remains in the discharge pipe after the material has been discharged. How should this residue be dealt with?
