  As is well known, 5S management has gradually gained recognition in the management circles of various countries. It plays a significant role in enhancing corporate image, reducing costs, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining safe production, improving the workplace, achieving a high degree of standardization, and creating a pleasant working environment. Sorting is the process of categorizing and arranging neatly the necessary items that remain at the site after organizing; it forms the basis for improving efficiency.   7. The five ideal states that the labeling of items should achieve: (clear location identification), diagrams indicating the designated areas, complete records of item locations, organized item numbering, and standardized information for everything.   8. The three principles of cleaning: eliminating dirt, plugging leaks, and removing impurities. The true purpose is to conduct inspections and confirm that everything is in order.   9. The “three principles of not persisting in ‘cleanliness’” are: not restoring mess, (not creating mess), and (not spreading mess); the true intent behind these is to achieve thorough improvement.   10. In the process of developing competence, the principle of \"three adherences\" is strictly followed, namely (adhering to time), (adhering to discipline), and (adhering to standards); the true purpose of this is to foster discipline.   11. 5S takes the first letters of five Japanese terms: (seiri), (seiton), (seiso), (seiketsu), and (shitsuke); hence it is called 5S. Its philosophy is to \"start with small things and do every task thoroughly.\"   12. Implementing 5S requires a (preparation phase) — (implementation and evaluation phase) — (consolidation phase). By mandating certain behaviors for employees, their work attitudes can be changed, turning those behaviors into habits. Once these become habits, everything will seem very natural and logical. *Habit can turn into nature.   13. In terms of professional competence, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of three adherences, namely (adhering to discipline, adhering to time limits, and adhering to standards).   14. Rectifying the three determinations refers to (positioning), (quantification), and (determining staff numbers/identifiers).   15.
