6 skill master studios of China National Petroleum Corporation made the list 2025/4/23 The list of entities approved for the 2024 **-level Skill Master Studio projects was recently released. Six skill master studios of China National Petroleum Corporation are on this list. The skill master studios designated at the ** level are: Jiang Tao’s Skill Master Studio at Jilin Petrochemical, Zhou Hengcang’s Skill Master Studio at Daqing Oilfield’s Testing and Production Branch, Tian Jun’s Skill Master Studio at Chuanqing Drilling’s Changqing Downhole Technology Operations Company, Li Shangji’s Skill Master Studio at Yumen Oilfield, Shi Kun’s Skill Master Studio at Qinghai Oilfield, and Ruzi Mamat Bak’s Skill Master Studio at Xinjiang Oilfield’s Heavy Oil Development Company. For a long time, CNPC has thoroughly implemented strategies aimed at strengthening the company through talent development. It has continuously improved the institutional framework that supports the high-quality growth of talent, promoted programs for training entrepreneurs, scientists, expert oil workers, and outstanding engineers, and advanced the establishment of innovation studios for craftsmen, model workers, and experts. By doing so, it has created an environment conducive to nurturing strategic talents, established platforms where high-level experts can work together to tackle challenges, and enhanced the overall strength of its talent pool. The goal is to build a team of highly qualified professionals capable of driving high-quality development and helping to create world-class enterprises. It is reported that a total of 116 **-level high-skilled talent training base projects and 140 **-level skill master studios have been identified this time. These units and studios will play a demonstrative and leading role in areas such as the training of high-skilled talents, level assessment, mentoring and skill transmission, tackling technical challenges, and exchange and cooperation.
