What are the current fees for bidding agency services? Order No. 31 issued on January 1, 2016 has repealed the \"Interim Provisions on Fees for Tendering Agency Services, Pricing Document [2002] No. 1980\"; so what criteria are being used for charging fees now? Urgent request. The details are as follows: Order No. 31 of the **Commission for Development and Reform of the People’s Republic of China.** In order to implement the requirements set forth by the State Council regarding the strengthening of the rule of law, as well as the promotion of streamlining administrative procedures, combining regulation with oversight, and improving services, and in order to accelerate the development of a law-based administrative structure within our commission, create a favorable business environment, and stimulate market vitality and creativity, and after consulting with the relevant departments of the State Council, it has been decided to repeal 30 regulations such as the “Notice on the Provision of Provisions for the Feasibility Study of Construction Projects” (see Attachment 1), as well as 1,032 regulatory documents such as the “Notice on the Implementation of Several Provisions for Strengthening Infrastructure Management” (see Attachment 2).
