What qualifications are required for the demolition of chemical plants?

Our unit has a methanol production facility; it’s old equipment and the pipelines need to be removed. Buildings are not included in this project. What kind of qualifications does the construction contractor need? ? ? Does any expert know this? Please provide an answer
A level 2 or higher in mechanical and electrical installation is sufficient.
