As of November 20, Dezhou has facilitated the complete relocation of 4 large-scale chemical enterprises into industrial parks; 18 enterprises have completed full-process automation upgrades, and efforts have been made to help 2 enterprises obtain more than 500 million yuan in government subsidy funds. As a result, the overall standard of the chemical industry in this city has improved significantly. Last August, the \"Implementation Plan for Phasing Out and Upgrading Old Chemical Processing Equipment in Dezhou City\" was issued, aiming to upgrade the chemical processing equipment and storage tanks of enterprises across the city that hold permits for the safe production and use of hazardous chemicals, thereby eliminating potential accident risks at their root. Since the implementation of this plan, Dezhou City has focused on developing high-standard chemical industrial parks, advancing the comprehensive renovation of such parks, strengthening professional management teams, building dedicated fire stations, and installing automated fire prevention systems. It also provides systematic guidance to enterprises to phase out outdated production equipment, enhances communication with higher-level authorities, and makes every effort to secure financial support. Meanwhile, taking Hualu-Hengsheng and Jinneng Technology as pilots, the intelligent inspection robot system is being promoted. At Hualu-Hengsheng, intelligent robots have been deployed for inspections at the caprolactam oximation unit and the high-voltage switchgear room. At Jinneng Technology, the inspection robot system for the coke oven basement has been officially put into use.
