Seeking advice on the installation requirements for safety valves

HG/T 20570.2-95 \"Installation and Selection of Safety Valves\" and SH/T 3121-2000 \"Code for Process Design of Refining Units\" – in cases involving spherical tanks, it’s certain that the media involved are under high pressure; dehydration processes inevitably result in the release of high-pressure media. If the tank’s roof does not have sufficient piping for releasing pressure to a low-pressure system (even if such piping is equipped with valves), then a safety valve should be installed.
