Do ethylene ships have a gas-phase return line interface?

Hello, dear teachers. I would like to ask whether an ethylene ship is equipped with a gas-phase return line interface. During operation, can the gas phase from the ship be fed into the tank through the pipeline for discharging liquid ethylene? It’s urgent; thank you
There is no gas-phase return interface; if the gas phase passes through the liquid phase, the flow meter will give inaccurate readings. Generally, gas compressors in the storage area are used for compression and pressurization
Does the ethylene carrier have a gas-phase return line interface? Does it only have one liquid-phase interface?
A vapor line is needed for loading ethylene, but not for unloading it
