Upon inspection of the device, it was found that a valve at the bottom of one tank faced directly outward; the valve was closed, but there were no blind plates or flanges. Is this considered a violation? What are the specific standard requirements? I seek detailed explanations from experts.
This situation does not occur in large companies, but it is quite common in small businesses; no one pays attention to these things, and problems are only noticed when they arise.
There should be two bottom valves; if only one valve is damaged, it is difficult to replace it, and the absence of blind flanges can lead to safety accidents.
