Ethanol production is characterized by flammability, explosibility, corrosivity, high temperatures, high pressures, and high energy consumption; it involves numerous potential safety hazards, posing significant risks and dangers, which requires stringent management practices at the production site. However, some employees at certain domestic ethanol companies lack sufficient awareness and do not pay enough attention to this issue, resulting in varying degrees of problems in on-site management. Such as items being placed haphazardly, inadequate maintenance of machinery and equipment, leaks between pipes and valves going unaddressed, and chaotic signage management, among others. Implementing 6S management at the work site is an excellent strategy to address this issue. Based on years of experience and case studies of customer guidance, Huatianmou 6S management has identified the following benefits for ethanol production enterprises when implementing 6S management. (1) The morale of the employees has been completely renewed. The artificial environment plays a role in shaping people’s character.
