The sealing gaskets of the dry separation valves equipped with MTBE transfer lines in our company wear out quite quickly; a set of gaskets gets corroded and damaged within just two days. We have tried fluororubber, nitrile rubber, and other materials, but none of them have provided satisfactory results. Does anyone have any good solutions?

What brand of dry separation valve do you use? Suppliers should take into account the chemical compatibility of the material medium when assisting with selection.
