Questions regarding equipment installation

Most chemical processing equipment operates in environments with high temperatures, high pressures, and toxic or harmful substances. Since the manufacturers work independently at their respective sites, chaos ensues in these chemical processing facilities.

First of all, it should be noted that equipment manufacturers focus on producing equipment, while installation companies specialize in installation work. If your wastewater treatment process (including the equipment) is provided by the equipment manufacturer, and that manufacturer has the necessary qualifications or capability for installation, it can be the manufacturer who is responsible for installing both the equipment and the process. If the equipment manufacturer is only responsible for manufacturing the equipment, then your wastewater treatment process has nothing to do with that manufacturer; in such a case, you need to find a professional installation company to carry out the installation work based on the installation drawings provided by you. In this situation, it is the responsibility of the equipment manufacturer to provide guidance on the installation of the equipment.

I don’t know; it’s just my impression that anyone who installs it charges money. Also, there might be some technical confidentiality issues within the manufacturer that prevent outsiders from interfering.

Advantage: the manufacturer guarantees the equipment’s performance. The downside is that it’s troublesome to coordinate with too many contractors. Chemical processing equipment is similar to super-tall towers; apart from the need for the manufacturer to carry out on-site installation and obtain the necessary certifications, guidance from specialized manufacturers is sufficient

It is recommended that the factory arrange for the maintenance or permanently stationed construction team to carry out the installation, as they are familiar with the site and can work more efficiently
