What reaction occurs when liquid ammonia at room temperature is mixed with water?

Are accident water injection systems designed for liquid ammonia storage tanks? I heard from ammonia synthesis manufacturers that adding water directly to liquid ammonia releases heat. There is currently a liquid ammonia pipeline that is over ten kilometers long, and it is planned to use water injection to remove the liquid ammonia from the pipeline in case of a leak. I’m not sure whether this approach is feasible; please advise
I don’t think it’s very reliable. By simply adding water and using liquid ammonia to absorb heat and vaporize, won’t this cause the pipes to experience overpressure? Most pipes have low-point drains, but it’s better to cut them off at both ends and drain the liquid externally
