According to Clause 6.2.13 of GB 50160-2008 \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises\", the distance from a vertical storage tank to the line at the foot of the inner embankment of the fire dike should be no less than half of the tank’s wall height, while the distance from a horizontal storage tank to that same line should be no less than 3 meters.
