Both standards, GB/T 32375-2015 \"Safety Technical Regulations for Calcium Carbide Production\" and GB10665-2004 \"Calcium Carbide\", specify that calcium carbide shall be packaged in barrels, and the transportation vehicles must be equipped with rain and water protection measures. However, the calcium carbide that is transported these days is in bulk form; the solid blocks of calcium carbide are loaded directly without being crushed, and then tarps are placed over the cargo area. In some cases, the tarps are in good condition and consist of three layers, covering everything below the bottom of the cargo area ； And some tarpaulins are damaged, do not cover fully, or have multiple layers. It is well known that calcium carbide is a flammable material when exposed to moisture, and there have been many combustion accidents resulting from this. I wonder if there are any standard specifications for the protection of such bulk transport vehicles
