Issues related to carbon dioxide emissions in the torch area

As the title suggests, what potential problems might arise from installing carbon dioxide exhaust stacks within the torch fire protection radius (90m)? Thank you!
What do you mean by that? Should a carbon dioxide release cylinder be installed near the original torch?
Carbon dioxide emission stacks are generally installed in the areas where carbon dioxide emissions occur; no such stacks are needed in the flare area, as no carbon dioxide is produced there.
The goal is to place the carbon dioxide exhaust stack further away, by making use of the open space in the flare area.

An appropriate exhaust temperature for the smoke is necessary; otherwise, condensation will occur, resulting in acidic water that is highly corrosive. Furthermore, transporting it through a pipe gallery to the flare area for discharge doesn’t it represent unnecessary investment? It should be noted that the carbon dioxide exhaust stack should be located as close as possible, and not above the air separation unit. In a certain coal chemical project, the exhaust stack was installed upstream of the air separation unit, which resulted in low efficiency of the air separation unit and failure to reach the designed capacity.
