I would like to ask everyone: 1. When a large amount of water is supplied, does the water overflow through the oil-gas line once the coke tower is filled with water? If overflow occurs through this pipe, could there be a situation where the oil and gas line is filled with water? 2. Do the oil transfer lines of the coking heating furnace, the oil and gas lines of the coke tower, and the high-pressure coke cutting water pipelines experience significant vibration during startup or operation? Are there appropriate seismic protection measures in place (such as hydraulic dampers)? 3. Is the start-up line at the top of the four-way valve used to preheat the distillation tower during startup? What other situations are there in which a startup line is used?
1. Cold coke water is discharged through the large oil and gas line； Fill the pipeline ahead of the valve with water. As for whether it is full of flow, this is related to factors such as the size of the pipeline and the opening degree of the valve; whether it is full or not is not that important, and it should be considered as a full pipeline. 2. Vibration can occur if the oil transfer lines of the coking heating furnace and the oil and gas pipelines of the coke tower are not properly designed. Generally, some vibration-damping (or pipeline expansion) springs are added. 3. The start-up line is used to preheat the coke tower ； 4. The coke tower does not have an overflow line. The heating furnace pipelines have not experienced any vibrations. The desulfurization water pipeline vibrates during pre-charging, full opening, and when switching between desulfurization modes.
Has an overflow pipe been specially installed? Many people have reported vibrations when cutting the focus water; it is likely due to excessive pressure, with water hammer occurring inside the pipes
