As an enterprise, the management of personnel holding certificates for special operations should also be carried out in a standardized and orderly manner, with records kept. There is a problem now: the experts who come to inspect the companies require that information regarding certificates for special operations at each position, as well as details about the personnel and their certificates, be displayed on-site at those positions. The company management considers this to be a reasonable approach. Article 38 of the Provisions on the Management of Safety Technology Training and Assessment for Special Operators: If a production or business entity fails to establish and maintain proper records for special operators, it shall be given a warning and fined up to 10,000 yuan. Article 43 The work safety supervision and management departments of the people’s governments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, as well as the departments responsible for assessing and issuing certificates to special workers in coal mines or the designated agencies, may formulate detailed implementation rules in light of the actual conditions of their respective regions, and submit them to the State Administration for Work Safety and the Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau for the record. The practice in most companies is to maintain records of personnel performing special tasks, and to keep their special operation certificates in a centralized archive for easy inspection at any time. How is it possible to display identification documents on site? What should be done if they get lost? What kind of expert is this!

A considerable number of workers in specialized occupations are required to work in different locations; for example, welders, electricians, and crane operators often work at one site in the morning and then move to another site in the afternoon. It’s not feasible for them to carry around copies of their licenses as identification.
Make them the size of identification cards and carry them with you; they should all be stored in a unified manner. New IDs come with QR codes, allowing one to determine their authenticity with just a scan.
