According to news from Sinochem New Network, recent reports from Chengdu High-Tech Zone indicate that the Office in Charge of Sichuan Province’s artificial intelligence industry chain (under the Provincial Department of Science and Technology), in collaboration with the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, has issued a work plan for the development of \"Zhuge Space\". This plan outlines the concepts and objectives for establishing this artificial intelligence industry ecosystem demonstration zone, as well as its planning layout, key tasks, and working mechanisms. As a specialized park for the artificial intelligence industry in Chengdu High-Tech Zone, the \"Zhuge Space\" Artificial Intelligence Industry Ecology Demonstration Area aims to become a globally influential hub for autonomous and controllable artificial intelligence technologies, a strong magnet for diverse and heterogeneous computing resources, a pilot area for benchmarking and demonstration scenarios, as well as a \"testing ground\" for industrial ecosystems. At the same time, the demonstration zone will make extensive investments in the development of large-scale models, intelligent robots, and smart hardware, in order to create a comprehensive service center for the artificial intelligence industry. According to the plan, the \"Zhuge Space\" artificial intelligence industry ecosystem demonstration zone will be developed following a layout of \"initial development area + management area + expansion area\", with a total construction area of around 2.83 million square meters. By 2027, the park will introduce and foster over 10 leading enterprises in the industry chain, attract more than 20 high-level projects, release over 30 industry-specific large models, create more than 50 benchmark demonstration application scenarios in areas such as “AI + manufacturing,” and bring together over 100 key enterprises in the field of artificial intelligence. In the future, the park will develop an integrated innovation ecosystem where moving between different floors corresponds to moving along the upstream and downstream stages of a value chain. It will also establish regular service mechanisms for development, selection, release, and application that meet the specific needs of the enterprises operating there, providing them with comprehensive services across various areas such as finance, talent, innovation, data, and intellectual property rights. As the key initiative for developing the artificial intelligence industry in Chengdu High-Tech Zone, the \"Zhuge Space\" Artificial Intelligence Industry Ecology Demonstration Zone was established jointly by Sichuan Province, Chengdu City, and Chengdu High-Tech Zone. It is one of the first four model industrial parks in Chengdu’s artificial intelligence industry chain.
