For example, if I need to install a blind flange, I have to obtain a blind flange permit, and that permit must include a diagram showing the location of the blind flange. So when drawing this blind flange, should I depict it in its closed position or in its open position? Some colleagues believe it should be shown as a blind plug; the blind plug shown in the blind plug diagram represents the actual status of the blind plug at present ； Some colleagues think it should be drawn as an open position; the blind plate in the blind plate legend represents the operational outcome I aim to achieve ； Since we can’t reach a consensus now, and after checking the relevant specifications for blind plates, no specific rules were found, I would like to ask everyone what exactly should be drawn
