1. Study earnestly and abide by all safety production management systems, operating procedures, and safety technical regulations; fulfill the safety production responsibilities associated with one’s position, and take direct responsibility for safety production in that role； 2. Study carefully and strictly implement the safety management regulations for operations such as hot work, inspection and maintenance, work in confined spaces, and temporary electricity use; avoid carrying out work in violation of these regulations to ensure operational safety ； 3. Correctly analyze, assess, and handle various abnormal conditions; promptly identify unsafe factors and potential hazards, and take corrective actions immediately. There is an obligation to report those hazards that cannot be rectified right away ； 4. Actively participate in various safety activities, job-related skill training, and accident response drills; be aware of one’s responsibilities at the own position in emergency situations, and be able to handle incidents properly in accordance with the established accident response plans ； 5. Has the right to refuse orders to carry out work in violation of regulations, and should advise against and stop others from doing so.
