In order to improve the basic management practices in the company’s production workshops as well as ensure safe and orderly production, in line with the company’s standards for on-site management and 6S principles, we are organizing a \"Moving Red Flag\" competition. This initiative is designed to motivate employees in the workshops to take an active role in basic management tasks, to work together to eliminate various safety hazards, and to correct any violations of rules and regulations. By doing so, we aim to further enhance the overall level of management in the production workshops. We would appreciate your suggestions on what types of themed activities could be organized! ! ! !

Responsibilities are assigned to individuals; workers are first trained so that they know what constitutes safety hazards and what falls under the 6S inspection standards. Then, workshop supervisors regularly organize self-inspections for safety hazards and 6S. The inspection results for each assigned area are evaluated and made public, and workers who achieve the best overall results receive certain performance rewards.
