Selection of the minimum temperature for LPG sphere tank design

After 2018, Standard GB50160 added Article 6.3.2(5): Storage tanks that are not capable of withstanding the lowest temperature resulting from a leak of any medium within the tank group should not be placed in the same tank group； For existing LPG materials, the saturated temperature at atmospheric pressure is -67°C. When stored in spherical tanks at room temperature, what should be the design minimum temperature for such tanks? Is there theoretical support?
The normal pressure boiling point of propane is -42℃； Propylene is -47.7°C. Is this LPG material with a saturation temperature of -67°C at atmospheric pressure an inferior grade containing C2? If so, set the minimum temperature design to -70°C so that the 09MnNiDR material can be used.
