This wastewater treatment project employs a process flow primarily consisting of anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic stages; the commissioning of this project focuses mainly on the biological section. I. Objectives and contents of debugging The purpose of debugging is to determine the optimal operating conditions for the system, to develop and refine mature, specialized activated sludge, and to achieve good effluent quality so that the effluent meets the required standards. Relevant content: Testing the performance of various process equipment under different operating conditions, such as startup, shutdown, and continuous operation; inspecting the operational status of reaction tanks, pipelines, electrical systems, automation controls, utilities, etc. II. Basics of Commissioning and Operation 2.1 Power Supply Assurance The power supply for wastewater treatment is provided by Party A; it is necessary to ensure that the voltage remains within a range of ±5%, the frequency stays within ±1%, and the total harmonic distortion of the voltage is 4%. 2.2 Assurance of raw water quality and quantity: This design is based on the quality and quantity parameters provided by the owner. The owner shall ensure that the water volume and quality entering this wastewater treatment plant meet the requirements specified in the technical plan, so as to ensure that the treated water meets the **specified discharge standards.
