Do you guys do a lot of inspections over there? The environmental protection agency, the emergency management agency, and the market supervision agency come to inspect us every day; it’s really a disturbance to the local residents!
What is a **perfunctory inspection?** Please give an explanation – what kind of examination is a ‘Gou examination’?

Are inspections also frequent in Jiangsu and Sichuan?
The inspections themselves aren’t a big deal; if errors and shortcomings are pointed out, we can correct them. What we fear are the fines—they can amount to tens of thousands. Who could bear such a burden?
