I. Preliminary preparations

(3) Publicity and momentum building, shaping public opinion. The \"6S Action Manual\" is distributed to various departments within the company, workshop leaders, and work teams, in order to gradually unify thinking, clarify goals, and strengthen awareness among all employees. (4) Training sessions titled “Lectures on 6S On-site Management Concepts” and “Lectures on the Promotion and Implementation of 6S On-site Management” are held for senior company executives, middle-level managers, and supervisors at all levels in the workshops; meanwhile, training materials on 6S on-site management are distributed, with the aim of raising awareness and changing mindsets.
