The training covered areas such as controlled production, equipment maintenance, safety and environmental protection, as well as corporate culture development. Planned, targeted measures along with evaluation systems were implemented to ensure that the training efforts yielded practical results. To ensure stable production and optimal performance, efforts are made to continuously improve the mechanisms for guiding and motivating apprentices. Clear standards for both the role of mentors and the requirements for apprentices to complete their training are established, and the \"mentor-apprentice\" program is carried out in depth. This ensures that every employee has an experienced mentor to act as a guide throughout their career, helping new employees to improve their skills and develop professionally in a timely and effective manner. At present, the mentorship training program organized by the Production and Equipment Maintenance Department is being carried out effectively; this initiative accelerates the growth of young employees and contributes to the stable and efficient production of the company. “ By combining meat and vegetables in meals and providing comprehensive cooking skills training, the company aims to improve the operational skills of its staff on the production front line, ensure the efficient operation of natural gas systems, and enhance service quality. It closely aligns these efforts with actual production needs, makes systematic plans, sets clear training objectives for all employees, requires the Production Operations Department to conduct skill training at the employee training center on a monthly basis, organizes training sessions focused on a specific theme each quarter, and holds exams for the trainees every month, thereby ensuring that training programs are effective. In regard to the development and training of high-skilled personnel, the principle of \"safety and environmental protection, stable operation of natural gas supply, high efficiency with low consumption, and ensuring supply for users\" is always adhered to. By taking into account the actual conditions of the company’s production and operations, management measures such as talent development plans, training content, and assessment systems are carefully formulated, thereby promoting the standardized, institutionalized, and regular development of high-skilled personnel and making every effort to create a platform for their growth. “\"Tailored solutions\" to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training: Since the fourth quarter of last year, the company has adopted an approach to training that aims to drive improvement through education. It offers targeted training that is forward-looking, practical, and suited to the specific needs of different groups within various departments and on the production floor, addressing their knowledge gaps, areas of lack of experience, and weaknesses in skills. Taking into account the device’s achievement of full operational capacity and efficiency, the guarantee of supply for users, improvements in profitability, as well as the actual conditions of development, experts from renowned domestic universities, relevant departments of the municipal government, and key technical professionals are invited to conduct specialized training sessions. These sessions aim to hear opinions, address questions, and facilitate the steady progress of various tasks. At the same time, in response to the shortage of highly skilled personnel in the company, a specialized production technology team was established. Professors from Daqing Petroleum University were invited to provide training for the company’s technical staff on production processes, technological innovation, and new product development. This targeted training aimed to enhance the capabilities of key production workers and technical experts, thereby improving the overall talent structure of the company. The goal is to build a team with advanced management skills, high technical competence, and a balanced composition, so as to help the company achieve steady progress and stay at the forefront of the industry.
