Can underground and above-ground storage tanks for liquid ammonia at low temperatures be placed within a fire dike? What is the basis?
Underground storage tanks do not have the concept of fire dikes
And does the so-called underground storage tank mentioned by the poster simply mean digging a hole and placing a tank in it? Is there any sand filling or something like that?
Without filling with sand, it is a drainage tank for low-temperature liquid ammonia storage tanks; it’s not clear whether it is located within the area where the liquid ammonia tanks are stored or outside.
