In a distillation column, is there more floating valve per layer near the bottom of the column, or more floating valves at the top without any layers?
Depending on the function of the tower, its diameter varies; however, the distribution density of the floating valves remains unchanged. In composite towers, such as those that combine packing and floating valves, the floating valves are generally located at the top, at least that’s what I recall, though there is no concrete evidence for this
The porosity is determined based on the gas-liquid phase combination
Floor 4 is concise. It depends on the different media being separated, the level of precision required, and the difficulty of separation.
