May I ask: How is anti-corrosion treatment carried out on the inner walls of catalytic desulfurization and denitrification towers, what are the effects, and what are the costs? Thank you!

Apply internal anti-corrosion coating to tower equipment? For storage containers such as spherical tanks and storage tanks, it’s acceptable; but for tower-type equipment, it’s better to use composite panels, as applying anti-corrosion coatings is very difficult and the effectiveness of such coatings is uncertain.
Normal ones are composite panels, right? As long as the manufacturing process is proper, corrosion will not occur.

For nickel-based alloy 276 materials, this is used for the lining in desulfurization processes
There are various processes for desulfurization and denitration, but it isn’t clear how to carry them out. Berg process? The lower section is lined with 304, while it is recommended that the upper section be made entirely of 317L material.
The main factors to consider are chloride content and your budget; among the higher-end options are C276 and high-purity high-chromium ferritic composite plates, while the mid-range options include 1.4529 and 317LM composite plates. Lower-end options consist of fluorinated coatings, rotational molding materials, resin-based materials, and glass flake coatings.
